The client first selects either 'sales' or 'lettings' from the 'type' first pull down menu, followed by a price range from the second. They then type in their telephone number into the 'Tel No.' field:
All they have to do now is hit the subscribe button and that’s it, sign up complete. You will:

Our system can also help keep your database fresh and free of old numbers, all you have to decide is how long you are prepared to send new text messages to old subscribers. If you are a property agent you may think that 1 or 2 months of property text messaging equates to more than enough choice for your prospective buyer to make an informed decision. In this scenario subscriber's numbers that are over 2 months old will be deleted from your database, thus saving your text credits, also this acts as a fail safe if subscribers forget to remove their number via your unsubscribe link. Finally, a feature has also been included where you can check your directory for subscribed numbers etc. This is available on the 'send a message' page. What if my client does not have internet access or I do not have a website? In the scenario of your client not having Internet access you can complete the sign-on/off process for them. If you do not have a website you can give your clients your textupdate subscription page address. Alternatively, we can design a website for you - contact us for more information.
